What you will do
We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate who will be able to support the strong business acceleration of Atscale, with a strong focus on New Business Acquisition.
Missions consist in helping us review business opportunities with a strong “hands-on” approach, being involved in new business opportunities detection. It’s a highly strategic position for the future growth of Atscale, and that’s the reason why we are only looking for superstars!
- Working hand to hand with the CEO and the General Manager of Atscale on the New Business strategy
- Identify and contact new prospects, qualify leads and create new business opportunities for Atscale
- Engage discussions with top start-ups and scale-ups in Europe
- Book discovery calls for Atscale Founders
- Evangelise the Atscale vision through in-market events and account specific initiatives
Profile of candidates we're looking for
- Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to deeply understand the Atscale’s Value Proposition and Ideal Customer Profile
- Strong prospecting skills
- Zero fear of cold outreach
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
- High motivation, resilience and ambition
- Personal leadership skills in terms of leading and driving self
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Robust general knowledge & culture
- Ability to accept and process change quickly and with a positive attitude
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate casually with CEOs and CROs of SMEs (49 to 1000+ FTEs)
- Results driven and naturally motivated to reach aggressive goals
