2. What you will do
We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate who will be able to support the strong business acceleration of Atscale, with a strong focus on New Business Acquisition.
Missions consist in helping us review business opportunities with a strong “hands-on” approach, being involved in new business opportunities detection. It's a highly strategic position for the future growth of Atscale, and that's the reason why we are only looking for superstars!

Working hand to hand with the CEO and the General Manager of Atscale on the New Business strategy

Identify and contact new prospects, qualify leads and create new business opportunities for Atscale

Engage discussions with top start-ups and scale-ups in Europe

Book discovery calls for Atscale Founders

Evangelise the Atscale vision through in-market events and account specific initiatives
3. Profile of candidates we're looking for

Fluent in German or Dutch and English

Graduated from a top-tier business school

A first experience (1 year) in cold-outreach

Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment

Ability to deeply understand the Atscale’s Value Proposition and Ideal Customer Profile

Strong prospecting skills

Zero fear of cold outreach

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels

High motivation, resilience and ambition

Personal leadership skills in terms of leading and driving self

Entrepreneurial mindset

Robust general knowledge & culture

Ability to accept and process change quickly and with a positive attitude

Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment

Ability to communicate casually with CEOs and CROs of SMEs (49 to 1000+ FTEs)

Results driven and naturally motivated to reach aggressive goals

Unquestionable integrity, credibility and character, able to demonstrate high moral and ethical behaviour
