Pierre, based in Barcelona, is equipping leaders with the knowledge, practices, and frameworks to enable powerful transformations.

Pierre is a seasoned L&D leader, having implemented Sales Ops strategies across Europe with a high focus on people performance.
He was in charge of Sales & Marketing global training for a large biotech company, after building the L&D function of Criteo from scratch: training almost 3000 globally and building one of the most robust learning cultures out there.
Most recently, Pierre built the Talent function for TravelPerk - L&D, Performance and Engagement - by then the SAAS with the fastest growth in the world.
