We support our clients in scaling their business by achieving functional excellence with a comprehensive approach in structuring teams to grow sales revenue. In each engagement, we deliver a unique and comprehensive route to success that’s carefully tailored to our clients' diverse needs.
After 2 years of being critically acclaimed for our rigour, performance and the unique relationships we developed with our clients, we are now entering stage 2 of our plan, with the launch of new products and services serving our mission. Born in November 2019, the company has significantly grown, self-financing, in 2021. The team is now composed of 15 people and plans to triple its revenue in 2022.
2. What you will do
We are currently looking for a VP People who will be able to deliver outstanding value for our client, and take the lead on the Atscale People's practice.
It's a highly strategic position for the future growth of Atscale, and that's the reason why we are only looking for superstars!
Deliver outstanding People programs for our clients;
Enable Atscale's clients to perform and grow, using the People function as the main enabler of Sales performance;
Be a catalyst for change to enable our clients to scale;
Develop strong work business partnering relationships with managers to successfully accompany them in their own development and the one of their teams;
Be a culture ambassador, re-enforcing, challenging and embodying our values in your day to day job!
Advise managers of our clients on a day-to-day basis on team management, career development, team organization, conflict management, competency frameworks, mobilities, offboarding etc;
Be in charge of equipping our client's teams so they can thrive and reach their ambitious goals;
Implement and ensure good execution of the People Development processes for our client's Revenue teams (e.g. performance reviews, promotion cycles, salary reviews), for which you will have to work closely with the People teams for Revenue;
Influence the building of scalable frameworks and the designing of the future of our clients;
Contribute to improving the various People programs and processes (performance, promotion, learning & development, onboarding, offboarding etc.), that Atscale is providing to its clients;
3. Background and must-haves
10+ years experience in HR/people function
5+ years of experience as HRBP in a post IPO tech company
Successful experience in communicating and collaborating in a fast-paced international environment;
Successful experience in handling various stakeholders of different levels of seniority and expectations;
Curious, with the will and ability to understand different jobs and challenges in each team included in the scope ;
High level of autonomy and organization, ability to manage several projects in parallel;
Outstanding team player and always trying to solve for AT.scale’s best interest;
High level of energy and positivity.
