Atscale started as Operating Partners for scale-ups, specialised in establishing the foundations for scalability, the increase of new business, hence the acceleration of CAC payback. We support our clients in scaling their business by achieving functional excellence with a comprehensive approach in structuring teams to grow sales revenue. In each engagement, we deliver a unique and comprehensive route to success that’s carefully tailored to our clients' diverse needs.
After 2 years of being critically acclaimed for our rigour, performance and the unique relationships we developed with our clients, we are now entering stage 2 of our plan, with the launch of new products and services serving our mission. Born in November 2019, the company has significantly grown, self-financing, in 2021. The team is now composed of 12 people and plans to triple its revenue in 2022.
2. What you will do
Along with one member of the leadership team:
Partner with top scale-ups
Design and implement strategic roadmaps (6 to 24 months)
Work with C-levels teams of clients on Leadership, TA, People, Sales Ops, Sales and CS programs
Develop and grow your leadership muscles by implementing Aеscale proven methodology
Unlock growth potential for our customers and help them to achieve their ambitious goals
Increase commercial organisation efficiency and operational excellence
3. Background and must-haves
Fluent in both French and English
Seasoned Senior Director, VP Sales, GM or MD
10 to 20 years experience in Sales
3 to 4 lines of reporting minimum and 100+ people in org in multiple geos
Experience in SaaS or Tech in well structured companies, meaning:
- recently listed companies (last 5 years), below 5k FTEs, ARR or turnover multiplied by 10x during time there or
- large listed companies (10+ years) + a start-up or scale-up experience
A proven track record of building & scaling high performing international teams in SaaS Mid-Market: taking ARR from $5m to $50m minimum
A strategic thinker, who can demonstrate a background of using leading indicators to spot problems, can engage with leadership teams on business strategy
A history of working closely with other teams: TA, People, Sales Ops, Marketing & Customer Success
Growth mindset, able to, or can demonstrate a track record of learning new complex industries, hire appropriately and can grow to really understand our customers business
Exceptional motivational and inspirational skills to guide teams to go the extra-mile
Ability to plan and implement change
Outstanding communication skills
Results driven and naturally motivated to reach aggressive goals
Unquestionable integrity, credibility and character, able to demonstrate high moral and ethical behavior
